We are a small community-based centre licenced for 35 children located next to Kelvin Road School. It is part of a Family Service Centre (FSC) providing health, education and support services for families. Our centre is open from 8:30am to 2:30pm for ages 2-5 years old. You will work 35 hours a week (Monday-Friday) from 8am to 3:30pm.We are looking for someone: Primary or ECE qualified, hold a current practicing certificate Ability to teach children in a positive, inclusive and nurturing way Team player and have the willingness to share ideas and learn new things Good communication both verbal and written Flexible, calm, patient and love to work with childrenExcellent teacher-to-children ratios Assess, plan and implement curriculum for our preschool children that reflects current approaches to effective teaching and learning.
