This includes resolving complex technical issues and ensuring reliable ICT services for our staff within a globally focused Service Desk team.This is a critical role with opportunities to add value and promote a professional service culture across ICT. You will work alongside a talented team that values teamwork and fun, while maintaining excellent customer service and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support (hardware and software) and participating in continuous improvement projects.
