Project Manager - Consultancy, Auckland

The culture is social, team driven and aspirational.They are now looking for an intermediate to senior level project manager that ideally has verticalproject experience in PM consultancy. The role will see you being supported by a senior project manager and with appropriate mentoring, typically you will need to be able to: Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes and advising on procurement optionsProject manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works and various project reports Manage stakeholders and conduct and/or chair meetings As a project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 5+years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health, education, utilities and rail. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment.
