Computershare Issuer Services (CIS) provides administrative services to clients and their security holders. The Client Support Officer will support transaction delivery and respond to client queries.Responsibilities include: Delivering client service within agreed service levels, maintaining quality and efficiency. Responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or written communication. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and build strong relationships.Staying informed about current business activities to improve industry knowledge. Assessing and managing risk factors related to activities or situations. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.Organizational skills with attention to detail and good time management. Positive attitude and logical approach to work.
