You'll play a key role in driving growth across our beauty and FMCG brands. This broad role offers the chance to work directly with retail partners and brand principals, providing insight and strategic input to grow assigned brands. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple responsibilities, this position could be your next career move.Key Responsibilities: Sales, Marketing, and Strategy : Develop and execute annual brand plans, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities within assigned brands. Leverage market knowledge to drive profitable growth and ensure brand integrity in marketing and communications Account Management: Manage and grow our key partnership with Bargain Chemist. Develop and execute account plans to drive brand growth and meet commercial targetsPromotional Focus : Work with Brand Principals to develop and implement promotional plans, providing insights on NZ market trends and optimising trade spend Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare regular sales and forecasting reports to inform strategic decision-making. Work closely with procurement to ensure accurate forecasts and efficient stock managementCustomer and Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with retailers (e.g., Farmers, Green Cross Health) and act as the key contact for Brand Principals, ensuring the achievement of KPIs. Prepare and present commercially savvy NPD presentations Operational and Customer Service : Collaborate with logistics teams to meet timelines, maintain action schedules, and proactively manage inventory to minimise stock lossesWhat You’ll Bring: Passion for FMCG and Beauty Brands : A strong enthusiasm for consumer goods and beauty Communication&Relationship Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder expectations. Current established relationships (desirable) Analytical&Problem-Solving Skills : Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities Adaptability and Initiative : A flexible mindset, ready to take on new responsibilities and proactively improve business practices Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with exposure to Pharmacy channels and strong sales skillsTechnical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience in Power BI and Canva (desirable) Why Join CS&Co.?
