Risk&Compliance Manager - Enterprise Operations (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) The Enterprise Operations Risk and Compliance teams are responsible for maintaining the effective operation of the company's operational risk management framework. Working closely with the Division's Executive Managers, the team oversees risk analysis, communication, and management, helping ASB achieve its objectives through a systematic approach to risk and control frameworks, ensuring safety for customers.We are seeking an experienced Risk&Compliance Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role in our Enterprise Operations BU, to coordinate risk activities, provide insights, and ensure timely reporting. You will mentor team members, promote a cohesive culture, and lead risk uplift initiatives across the bank. This role supports risk partners in executing a programme focused on sustainability to enhance the bank's overall risk posture.You will coach business units to improve their understanding and use of risk and compliance tools, processes, and methodologies. Delivery Outcomes: Provide assurance on controls within Enterprise Operations to meet framework requirements. Support the delivery of risk and compliance uplift plans, ensuring risks and controls are managed within the Group's risk appetite and policies.Relationships: Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes. Success Factors: Navigate ambiguity, devise strategies, challenge the status quo, and offer innovative solutions. Excel in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and efficiency, and leading teams to success.Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years of Risk, Compliance, or Audit experience. Ability to translate data into insights and influence stakeholders. Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
