It’s a passionate group of Designers who collaborate closely with each other and cross-functional teams. You’ll be part of a team solving complex problems in close collaboration with customers, engineering, and product teams to meet business and user needs aligned with our strategy.What you'll do Design Practice and Thinking: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers. Champion the value of design, engage in research and analysis, define problems, and create design frameworks such as wireframes and visual layouts. Explore innovative interaction solutions, develop phased design approaches, build prototypes, and work closely with other designers. Focus on accessibility and detailed interactions and interfaces.Design Research and Testing: Identify research opportunities, plan and conduct research and testing. Understand customer needs through user research, synthesize data, and contribute to user testing. Relationship Management: Influence, challenge, and support other designers to deliver excellent product experiences.
