Together, we are committed to achieving extraordinary results.About the role: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and implement customer growth strategies that drive brand expansion and customer engagement across the Australian market. Based in Auckland, this role requires in-depth knowledge of the local consumer landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in both digital and traditional marketing. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the customer experience, sales, and product teams to align on objectives and ensure marketing initiatives are tailored to the unique needs of the Australian market.As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to travel regularly to Australia throughout the year. Key responsibilities: About you: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Master’s degree or professional certifications in marketing would be a plusMinimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing management role focused on the Australian market, ideally in financial services, insurance or travel industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing is an advantageStrong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and data analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Creative thinking and a passion for marketing innovation Prior experience in‘Direct to Consumer’ business models with a strong digital focus Experience using customer insights to inform marketing strategy and planning.
