You will support our global users with complex workflows and technical solutions, diving deep into their usage of our software to enhance their experience and optimize their clinics' operations.We seek driven individuals with a problem-solving mindset who enjoy helping others. IDEXX Veterinary Software is a portfolio within IDEXX that focuses on solutions to improve the health and well-being of pets, people, and livestock worldwide. In Auckland, we develop various cloud platforms and applications, including a vertical SaaS platform for animal health. Our solutions include practice management (PIMS), diagnostics, payments, client engagement, analytics, and more. We are committed to building the best health technology business, and we need your help to achieve this mission.Our Technologies ezyVet : Helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, improve communication, and reduce workload stress. It is our flagship PIMS application. SmartFlow : Patient workflow software designed to streamline clinical processes in veterinary practices. Vet Radar : Enhances inpatient workflows, improving clinical processes and care quality.Vello : Connects vets with clients, streamlining engagement and supporting better health outcomes across a pet's life stages. Our journey is focused on addressing veterinary practices' pressing needs through innovation to improve animal health. The Role Support veterinary customers worldwide via email and phone, providing high-quality customer service regarding our practice management software.Efficiently troubleshoot and manage support tickets until resolution. Deliver training webinars on specific features of ezyVet and Vet Radar, enhancing your skills and those of our customers. Create customer-facing knowledge base articles to address common support inquiries and improve self-service help.Develop expertise as a support specialist, trainer, and technical writer. What We Are Looking For Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting customers globally via phone. Passion, empathy, and resilience. A proactive attitude and a desire to take charge of your career. An interest in technology or the veterinary industry.Experience with IDEXX Software or veterinary practice experience is a plus. Willingness to be part of a support roster including weekends every 4-5 weeks. Flexibility to work shifts from 6am-3pm or 10am-7pm, scheduled three months in advance.
