SO/ Auckland is located in the heart of Auckland's CBD, with views of the Waitematā Harbour and city, across 16 floors and 130 design-led rooms.Job Title: Permanent Full-Time (40 Hours per Week) Night Auditor/Receptionist We are currently looking for a hands-on Night Auditor/Receptionist with a keen eye for detail to help us deliver the best Guest Experience. Join us at SO/ Auckland and become part of the Ennismore lifestyle brand. This role involves a 7-day rotating roster including day and night shifts.The Role Work overnight from 11pm to 7.30am, including day shifts. Check in and check out guests, maintain accounts, ensure charges are accurate and posted timely. Open communication channels between guests and hotel departments. Respond positively to queries, redirect as needed. Assist with guest luggage, car doors, and timely delivery of guest vehicles.Maintain the appearance of the guest services desk, lobby, and forecourt. Assist with reservations, guest requests, late arrivals, and early departures following set procedures. Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS and balancing procedures. Run reports and compile statistical information. Prepare Night Audit reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distribute as required.Complete system backups per finance policies. Assist with night services including room service, parking, and porter services to ensure efficiency. Qualifications - About You Experience in a luxury/lifestyle hotel environment preferred. Excellent communication skills. Full driver’s license required for vehicle responsibilities.Knowledge of the local area and Opera Cloud system advantageous. Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience, especially night shifts, is preferred. Reservations experience is a plus. Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail.Proficiency in hotel management software and front office systems.
