Ko te rourou keiō ringa I The choice is yours The Technology Risk - Assurance team is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a high-performing Manager to join our successful team in Auckland. You will oversee client engagements and manage Technology Risk professionals in delivering IT control services.Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to deliver value to clients. Build and leverage trusted relationships across various industries, including Financial, Manufacturing, Consumer, and Technology, Media, and Telecom. Develop junior staff through on-the-job training and relevant training programs.He Rourou Pūmanawa I What we look for We value your strengths, aspirations, and willingness to learn, even if you don’t meet all the criteria. Assist in planning and delivering Technology Risk engagements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Present findings to Senior Management and Audit Committees, demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex information systems (e.g., operating systems, databases, ERP, Data Warehouse, XaaS).Experience in External and Internal IT Audit, SOC, SOX, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, ISMS, IT Service Management, Revenue Assurance, Third-Party Risk Compliance, and IT Project Management. Strong project management skills. Leadership and presentation skills. Ideally, you’ll also have the following skills and attributes, but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes:Passion for emerging technologies and advising clients on IT risk management and performance enhancement. Ability to inspire teamwork and responsibility, utilizing current technology tools. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Previous consulting experience.
