Trade Sales Assistant (Manukau), Auckland

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Trade Sales Assistant to join our Trade Centre based in Manukau, Auckland! Are you an experienced salesperson who loves helping customers find what they need for their job? Having good knowledge of PPE, Hardware, or Apparel will be an advantage, but it is not essential as product training will be provided.Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers, identify their needs, and present solutions across our wide range of products and services. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are always the priority. Liaise with support teams to meet customer requirements accurately and on time.Assist with store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and product selection. Maintain stock levels on shelves, ensuring proper stock rotation. Handle, pack, and dispatch inbound and outbound goods. Help maintain accurate inventory within the store. Our Ideal Candidate: Has a strong retail or sales background.Experience selling products such as power tools, hardware, safety footwear, or PPE is advantageous but not necessary. Possesses a positive attitude, energy, and a desire to learn and grow. Is sales-driven with a goal to exceed targets. Has an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and team spirit.Is a problem solver who can turn challenging situations into positive outcomes. Has a passion for customer service and a 'can-do' attitude. Is physically fit and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
