We are seeking a customer service superstar responsible for providing effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, handling a wide range of enquiries face-to-face and over the phone. No two days are the same!As a customer support team member, your responsibilities include: Providing a safe environment through proactive supervision and positive interactions with customers. Educating and enforcing pool rules. Responding to First Aid emergencies. Ensuring the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas at all times.This is an on-site role. Currently, we are looking for someone who can work 20 hours from Tuesday to Saturday, but flexibility is essential as hours may change according to roster and centre needs. The centres are open from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 6:30 pm on weekends; the ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends is crucial.He kōrero mōu: About you You should have proven administration and communication skills, with the ability to use initiative to resolve problems and meet customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic personality, combined with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, is key to success inthis role.You are tech-savvy and capable of navigating various Microsoft programmes.
