We provide end-to-end service, ensuring customers walk out with the right product through live demonstrations, support, advice, delivery, and installation. Job Description Our Delivery&Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers. The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and your lunch break view will differ every day! You will engage with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking, installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.As a key point of contact, you will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with hours from: Sunday - Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm Hours are typically 7:00am– 4:00pm but may vary depending on the delivery schedule. Qualifications This physically demanding role requires strength, fitness, and a positive attitude. You should enjoy working with customers and ensuring their experience is exceptional.
