The opportunity We are looking for a customer service superstar responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with inquiries face-to-face and on the phone. No two days are the same!Responsibilities include: Providing a safe environment through supervision and positive interaction Educating and enforcing pool rules Responding to First Aid emergencies Maintaining cleanliness of the pool and surroundings Position details This is an on-site role requiring 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for roster changes. Centre hours are 5:30 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 6:30 pm on weekends. Availability for early nights, late nights, and weekends is essential.About you You should have proven administration and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems proactively and meet customer needs. An outgoing, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service is key.
