Use diagnostic and shop equipment confidently, adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine inspections, tests, and maintenance on engines and other major components.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the automotive and diagnostic fields. Ensure a safe, clean working environment and comply with all safety and environmental standards. Communicate effectively with service advisors and complete accurate repair orders. What We're Looking For: ASE certifications (or a willingness to obtain them).Prior experience in automotive repair and diesel vehicle maintenance. Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service skills. A high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license. A full set of tools. Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
