Specifically, the Role Will See You Leading business analysis onhigh-value, complex strategic initiatives using advanced analysis techniques.Working with the Product Manager to develop strategic plans and prioritize discovery and delivery activities. Facilitating evaluation of solution options to validate assumptions. Collaborating with UX&Engineering to define and design feasible and viable solutions. Ensuring ongoing optimization of market changes against customer and business outcomes, and analyzing defects. Driving change management and process improvements through documentation of processes and procedures. Championing business analysis best practices and empowering teams to develop T-shaped skills.What you’ll bring | Hei koha You are a well-rounded Senior Business Analyst with extensive Agile and digital expertise, comfortable working in collaborative environments with strong communication and facilitation skills, and familiar with contemporary BA tools and techniques. To Be Successful In ThisPosition, You Will HaveExperience across multiple domains and methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban, dual-track) and Waterfall. Technical domain experience (e.g., Cloud architecture, APIs, data requirements) and ability to craft business requirements leveraging technology. Exposure to human-centered design practices.Strong leadership skills and success in leading analysis in complex environments. Advanced facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience coaching and mentoring others. Confidence in empowering teams and fostering collaboration.
