We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Brewing Technician– Packaging to join our team and ensure our products leave the line in top condition.This hands-on role is central to our Packaging team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining smooth, safe, and efficient operations. What you’ll be doing: Operate, maintain, and improve packaging machinery to meet production targets. Ensure products are packaged to the highest quality and safety standards.Participate in our TPM Continuous Improvement Programme, utilizing tools like Lean, 5S, and Kaizen to eliminate losses and enhance performance. Perform reactive, planned, and predictive maintenance tasks punctually. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and inventory teams for seamless operations.Create and follow SOPs, contribute to training, and keep systems updated. Be adaptable to work across multiple zones or technical areas as required. What you’ll bring: A mechanical or electrical trade qualification (NZCE, Advanced Trade Cert, or similar). 3–5 years' experience in packaging or maintenance within brewing, FMCG, or food/beverage industries.Solid understanding of CMMS systems and continuous improvement practices. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude. A willingness to learn, improve, and share knowledge. Full work rights in New Zealand.
