Job Description We are seeking two full-time Accounts Receivable professionals—one will oversee the Accounts Receivable functions for Novotel&ibis Budget Auckland Airport , and the other will lead for Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport . Resolve payment and invoice-related queries promptly and professionally, ensuring seamless client support and high service standards Manage administrative tasks efficiently, balancing priorities while maintaining accuracy and supporting the Finance team’s operationsConduct detailed month-end reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accurate financial reporting Maintain up-to-date and balanced cash reconciliation spreadsheets daily, reflecting the financial health of the business Process credit applications, ensuring timely communication with clients and professional standardsVerify the accuracy of all direct billing room rates, playing a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and financial accuracy Qualifications You will have: At least 1+ year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of financial processesPrevious hotel experience, with night audit knowledge considered highly advantageous Either a completed degree in Finance or Accounting, or actively working towards one A strong background in credit control and debt management, with confidence in handling sensitive accounts professionally Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in accounting software, particularly Opera, and high competence in Microsoft Office applications Additional Information Why Join Us?
