Role Overview Sodexo is hiring a full-time Patient Services Manager ( Patient Dining - RD Preferred ) at Brigham&Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA . You will manage approximately 40 employees in our Patient Call Center and participate in daily patient services operations. What You'll Do Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding, including service recovery. Collaborate with clinical,food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy. Exceed Sodexo standards and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits. Manage and supervise hourly associates, including employee development.
