Kei a koe te mana - The choice is yours As our SAP Change Manager, you will work within engagement teams to deliver change solutions for clients and manage projects across the full change spectrum. You will:Collaborate with the leadership team to define project scope and ensure successful delivery with clients Analyze complex problems to scope, discuss, and execute required tasks, working independently and with our Change team Contribute innovative ideas to expand our People Consulting services and positively impact client engagementsBe an active member of the EY Change and Learning Community, supporting team integration and inclusion, and operating as part of a high-performing teamŌ Pūmanawa - What we’re looking for Here’s our ‘wish list’, but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, your learning goals, and how far you want to go.Extensive experience in delivering change management on large SAP programs Specific SAP module experience includes Procurement, Supply Chain, or Maintenance Proven ability to lead change efforts in functional areas (Procurement, Supply Chain, or Maintenance) Skill in transforming complex data analysis into compelling narratives to support project deliveryAbility to proactively build relationships, manage client stakeholders, and establish credibility Understanding of how change management impacts workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeing Knowledge or experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)Our roles can be flexible, with options for reduced hours to balance work and personal life.
