This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking exposure to multiple high-profile NZ clients, driving thought leadership, growing a portfolio of business, and leading strategic solution teams.The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s current clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customised account plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand. We are lookingfor a thoughtful, high-energy, solution and customer-centric individual to drive growth within our portfolio. You will collaborate with practice leaders and subject matter experts to develop next-generation solutions that enable clients to realize their most strategic initiatives.What You’ll Do Partner with your client(s) to influence their strategic technical direction and identify how Slalom can help achieve business objectives. Collaborate with global and local capabilities to deliver customer outcomes. Drive business development through opportunity identification, qualification, solutioning, and Statement of Work creation. Partner with sales to develop account strategies and pursuit plans.Ensure profitability of local accounts, meeting revenue and utilization goals. Maintain a set billable utilization target. Identify growth opportunities and set directions for expanding Slalom offerings. Stay informed about industry best practices and understand how Slalom Practice Areas interact.Lead and oversee project delivery quality of all engagements. Facilitate client satisfaction surveys where applicable. Manage a sales pipeline, generate new opportunities, and respond to RFPs and service requests. Ensure proper administrative controls, including client charge codes, billing, and internal administration.What You’ll Bring Experience in consulting/services, selling, and managing a client revenue portfolio. Delivery experience including program and project management. Ability to establish and nurture executive-level client relationships. Business and technical acumen to define client solutions with Practice Leaders.Previous P&L responsibilities for accounts. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Strong negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A proven track record of client and employee satisfaction.
