Complete 3D is New Zealand’s premier additive manufacturing machinery and service provider , working with leading global brands to supply, install, and support 3D printing equipment.Together, we offer end-to-end additive solutions—and we need a Client Lead to help bring that value to life for our customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and grow client relationships , working closely with manufacturers, designers, and innovators to understand their needs and propose AM solutions.Act as the key link between customers and both sides of the business—machinery sales/support (Complete 3D) and on-demand polymer and metal printing services (FI Additive). Identify and qualify new opportunities, whether it’s selling a 3D printer, delivering a part through our bureau, or offering a hybrid solution.Collaborate with technical staff to ensure clients receive fit-for-purpose, future-focused advice and support . Represent the brands at industry events, demos, and site visits to help grow awareness and engagement across NZ. Ideally You’ll Bring: Experience in technical sales, account leadership, or business development —ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.A strong interest in 3D printing / additive manufacturing and how it fits into modern production and design workflows. A customer-first mindset—you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering value over time.
