Learning Editor - Workbook Development, Auckland

We seek a detail-oriented Learning Editor to work closely with our Workbook Development team, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in our learning materials. This role combines copy editing expertise with technical document review skills. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough quality checks on workbooks and learning materials.Review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting consistency. Verify alignment between content, learning objectives, and assessment criteria. Maintain style guide compliance across all materials. Document and track QA findings using established systems. Collaborate with InDesign Specialist to implement corrections.Participate in project standup meetings to address quality-related matters. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field. 3+ years experience in copyediting or quality assurance. Proven track record in proofreading technical or educational materials.Strong understanding of style guides and editorial standards. Experience with document review processes and markup. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced knowledge of English grammar and usage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent documentation and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple review cycles efficiently. Proficiency in tracking changes and providing clear feedback.
