As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, providing advice, processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You will also support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and store safety. Additionally, you'll help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.We seek a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
