Job Description Reporting to the Chapter Lead – Loyalty Sales, we are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join the Loyalty Partners Sales team. This role is responsible for building, developing, and managing strong strategic relationships with Airpoints coalition partners, by developing, recommending, and implementing strategic and tactical plans to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both partners and Air New Zealand.Key responsibilities of the role include: Lead the partnership strategy for a portfolio of partners across multiple categories that develops and enhances Airpoints partner relationships Provide day-to-day account management support across multiple categories, including setting partnership roadmaps, annual business plans, integrated marketing plans, and associated commercial targetsDevelop and implement tactical marketing and communications plans that improve member engagement and commercial outcomes for the Airpoints programme and its partners Engage with internal and external stakeholders and oversee the delivery of agreed actions Support partners with insights and reporting that demonstrate the value and ROI of the investment in AirpointsKey skills and experience required: 3+ years in Account Management, Media Agency, or Sales roles, ideally within Loyalty, Retail, FMCG, or Services sectors Proven ability in setting and executing partnership or marketing business plans Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with good attention to detailExcellent communication skills, able to influence and portray views convincingly Ability to build and develop prosperous relationships with stakeholders This is your opportunity to join a high-performing team where you can make a meaningful impact on Air New Zealand's Loyalty Programme and its partners.Apply today with your most recent CV.
