There’s no better time to join our team!Job Summary This externally facing role involves managing customer relationships by developing strong partnerships and leading internal initiatives. The Customer Manager is responsible for delivering the P&L for their category, including turnover, profitability, trade spend, and market share, while building, negotiating, and executing the joint business plan with the customer. Role Responsibilities Deliver turnover, customer profitability, and trade spend budgets. Develop relationships with internal teams (CSP Manager, Shopper Insights, Marketing) and external contacts (Category Managers, Buyers, etc.).Develop and implement joint business and promotional plans. Manage product portfolio and evaluate promotional effectiveness. Lead range and merchandising reviews in collaboration with CSP and Digital Lead. Contribute to local customer strategy planning. Implement category initiatives like pricing, brand activation, and NPD.Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve issues efficiently. Experiences&Qualifications What You Will Need to Succeed Experience in FMCG Account Management. Strong networking skills. Business development experience. Excellent commercial acumen with problem-solving ability. Skills Selling&Negotiation skills. Relationship building. Bias for action and attention to detail. Market data analysis skills.
