Direct message the job poster from CBRE Asia PacificPivotal role supporting our New Zealand business Work in partnership with our NZ Executive Committee Auckland CBD | Tāmaki Makaurau Te āheinga - The opportunity: Partner with the senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice to drive growth and enhance performance of the New Zealand businessUndertake comprehensive modelling and analysis for key projects to provide advice on feasibility and financial impact Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost management and ultimately to deliver improved margin across the business through in-depth analysis, tracking and reporting Oversee standard monthly management reporting and variance analyses, account reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planningEngage with leadership to ensure comprehensive analysis of financials and prepare monthly commentary and analysis on the P&Ls for business service lines, as well as detailed revenue/expense analysis Identify, oversee, and deliver key projects across the business group that deliver improvement in long term viability and financial performance. Mo koe - About you: Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Economics and CA or CPA qualifiedExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide finance support to non-finance personnel Strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills, with a solution focused approach The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively present information in written and verbal form to subordinates customers and supervisorsStrong capabilities with the Microsoft Office package, as well as experience with financial systems such as Peoplesoft, Business Intelligence reporting and TM1.
