Health, Safety and Wellbeing Programme Manager Join Auckland Council’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing department as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Programme Manager . This leadership position is crucial for driving strategic health, safety, and wellbeing objectives for our staff and the wider community.Your key responsibilities include: Maintaining high standards of excellence in Health, Safety and Wellbeing across our work programme. Supporting the HSW team in planning, monitoring, reporting, and coordinating initiatives. Overseeing the delivery of tailored systems, frameworks, and tools. Applying your project management expertise to accelerate and streamline strategic initiatives.Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing and being part of the leadership team, you will collaborate with highly skilled health, safety, and wellbeing professionals. The ideal candidate will have: A tertiary qualification in health and safety, risk management, or a related field. Significant experience in health, safety, or wellbeing within large public sector, corporate, industrial, or construction environments.Proven ability to deliver effective work programmes within complex and diverse organizations.
