You will develop and implement strategies that enhance shopper experience. A day in the Life… Serve as the primary contact for Shopper Activation initiatives, overseeing campaigns from ideation to execution.Drive the creation of shopper strategies based on channel and category insights. Oversee development and execution of category, shopper, and brand activations, including Go-To-Market for NPD launches. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop shopper initiatives. Participate in communication planning and strategy execution.Manage agency partnerships to ensure performance and alignment. Support financial planning, including managing campaign budgets and reporting. Stay informed on trends and incorporate learnings into future plans. What will make you successful: Bachelor's degree in commerce or marketing.5+ years experience in Sales, Category, or Shopper Management. Ability to influence and operate across teams. Experience across sales channels including Grocery and Pet Specialty. Strong project management skills. Experience in communication strategies.
