We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who excels at phone-based interactions to join our friendly West Auckland team. What will you do? Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, converting them into sales opportunities.Grow sales through upselling products, sharing promotions, and encouraging repeat business. Provide account management support. Enter customer orders&draw up quotes for customers and account managers. Purchase goods to complete orders when required. Skills And Experience A great attitude, and someone who loves working as part of a team. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. 2-3 years experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential.Strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.
