Work with Product Managers to develop strategic plans and prioritize activities. Evaluate solution options and validate assumptions. Collaborate with UX&Engineering to design feasible solutions. Optimize market changes and analyze defects. Drive change management and process improvements. Promote business analysis best practices and empower teams. What You’ll Bring | Hei koha You are a well-rounded Senior Business Analyst with extensive Agile and digital expertise, experienced in collaborative environments with strong communication skills.Qualifications Experience across multiple domains and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Technical domain experience (cloud architecture, APIs, data requirements). Knowledge of human-centered design practices. Leadership skills in complex initiatives. Facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.Experience coaching and mentoring. Experience at the intersection of technical and experiential requirements is highly valued.
