In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our business.What You’ll Be Doing: Solid experience with physical server builds and hardware maintenance and deployment Microsoft Stack Support – Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Office 365 Administration – Managing users, policies, security, and collaboration tools.Intune&Autopilot– Device management, deployment, and configuration. Meraki&Networking– Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing performance. Azure Management – Overseeing cloud resources, security, and automation. Escalation&Problem-Solving– Handling complex IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise. Minimum Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support or similar role. Strong expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure. Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.Networking knowledge including Meraki and general networking principles. Problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills– able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
