We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative based in Mangere. This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong SAP experience and advanced Excel skills, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include order processing, handling returns, and managing customer queries.Key Responsibilities: Process orders accurately via SAP, including telephone and electronic orders. Resolve customer queries and complaints; escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting response times and quality standards. Assist with processing credits and supporting Key Account Managers.Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure service excellence. Perform data entry, pricing, and sales order processing. Support special projects and seasonal duties. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Key Account Teams for smooth operations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior customer service role, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or supply chain sectors. Essential SAP knowledge, especially in order processing and data management. Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and reporting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
