Customer Support: Distribute GIB literature, manage stock levels, support event bookings and collateral, handle incoming calls, and provide information as needed.Facilities Management: Maintain sites, liaise with security, and order consumables like stationery or catering to ensure smooth operations. Health&Safety Champion: Promote safety and quality culture, ensure compliance with all HSE standards. What We're Looking For Experience in office administration and/or reception roles, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Strong digital literacy, excellent planning and organization skills, and proactive work approach.Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers.
