You will serve as the central administrative and operational contact, utilizing your Excel skills for reporting, backorder management, data handling, and process improvements. Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline operations and exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities Manage the entire order processing lifecycle for accuracy and efficiency. Create and deliver scheduled and contracted reports for customers and sales teams, tracking sales trends and providing insights. Assist with onboarding customers onto our ecommerce platform in collaboration with Account and Business Development Managers.Support sales and customer service teams with processes, reporting, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and implement improvements in administrative and operational processes. Work with cross-functional teams to support sales success. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience.Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP). Confident communicator, comfortable with questioning and challenging. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong integrity and ethical standards.
