We simplify the difficult job of managing effective dental practices so that dental professionals can focus on delivering the best possible care to their patients.What You’ll Be Doing Build and operate highly available, secure, and scalable cloud platforms (mainly AWS, Azure as needed). Design resilient cloud networking — tackling connectivity, latency, and security across hybrid/multi-cloud setups. Manage cloud databases like Postgres and SQL Server (RDS, Aurora, self-managed) with a focus on performance, reliability, and DR.Lead DevOps and SRE practices— championing “you build it, you run it”, automation, and DORA-driven improvements. Build containerised environments with Docker, ECS (or Azure Container Apps), and Kubernetes (EKS or AKS). Embed cloud security best practices into everything — infra, code, pipelines, and runtime.Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders on delivering high-quality solutions that make a difference to our customers. Continuously learn and drive your professional growth. Develop tools or automation that accelerate the development process whilst improving the developer experience.What You’ll Be Working On Our industry leading cloud practice management system: Migration to our modern technology stack Building solutions that deliver delightful user experiences to our Customer Support Your Technical Skills Deep cloud skills in AWS and/orAzure: proven track record of architecting and managing complex solutions in AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, ECS, EKS, IAM) and/or the equivalent services in Azure.Extensive hands-on experience with Postgres and SQL Server in cloud environments, including performance tuning and HA/DR strategies. Passion for cloud-native engineering and DevOps. Naturally thinks in terms of distributed systems, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD, and automated operations. "You build it, you run it" is how you work.Containerisation and Orchestration skills: extensive experience deploying and managing production workloads on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS), ECS or Container Apps, and Docker. Security-first approach: strong track record of embedding security throughout the entire cloud development lifecycle– it’s non-negotiable for you.Developed robust CI/CD pipelines using modern tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Your personal attributes You take ownership and get things done, driving projects with a bias for action and a commitment to delivering value incrementally.
