You will work closely with internal teams to identify customer needs and improve AWS services, creating and presenting content to help customers grow using AWS as their foundation.In this role, you will push technological boundaries and help scale some of New Zealand’s largest companies. You will partner with customers at various stages of their cloud journey, making a visible impact on their growth, and challenging traditional thinking to deliver beyond expectations. Our customers' needs evolve rapidly, and you will be at the forefront of helping them innovate and transform their businesses.Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers to accelerate their outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures. Lead technical solution discussions, solving complex problems and designing scalable cloud architectures. Manage customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.Engage with technical teams and partners to define and execute strategies. Act as a thought leader by sharing best practices, presenting at events, and writing content. Provide customer feedback to influence AWS platform development. Experience architecting solutions on AWS. Knowledge of cloud architecture principles. Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
