In this role, you'll ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service. Mo te tūranga | About the role: This role involves providing accurate and timely withdrawals from investment products for our customers, including KiwiSaver 65+ withdrawals, First Home Buyers withdrawals, and Investment Fund Withdrawals and Closures. The team also assesses Discretionary Withdrawals such as Significant Hardship, Permanent Emigration, Serious Illness, and Relationship Property Agreements with care and empathy.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering superior customer service; managing the customer experience in responding to and resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues. Managing exceptions, investigations, and problem-solving with an end-to-end process knowledge. Applying Operations Excellence tools such as lean, agile, DMAIC, human-centred design, and data analysis.Fostering a proactive risk management culture where all staff 'own our risks.'
