About The Role Join a leading rehabilitation provider based across New Zealand. This is a great leadership role, with a split between supporting a team and maintaining hands-on skills across various contracts. As a lead physio, you will drive clinic performance, upskill your team, and implement improvements to the clinic and overall service. Collaborate with the wider MDT and network within the company.Cultivate a collaborative team environment through regular meetings. Ensure efficient clinic operations, with flexibility across two Northshore clinics. Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring high service standards. Provide ongoing development opportunities for your team and yourself.Deliver in-depth and specialist treatments, including training for independence, MSK, rehab, and pain management in community and clinic settings. Maintain accurate reports documenting clients' rehab journeys. Benefits Monday - Friday working hours.
