We are on the lookout for an Advanced Retail Professional to join our Westgate Factory Outlet in Auckland on a PART-TIME basis. Please note- this role requires availability on both weekdays and weekends to set weekly hours.What’s on offer? Identifying sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicating suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success.Role modeling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Sharing your customer service experience and training selected team members to fine-tune their service skills. Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor. Being a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
