Talent Acquisition&Careers Consultant (Parental Leave Cover - July 2025 to August 2026) We're on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition&Careers Consultant to provide parental leave cover from early July. Key responsibilities: Source, identify, and attract high-performing active and passive candidates Partner and coach hiring managers on recruitment, onboarding, and talent best practiceBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines Foster strong relationships across the business and with external partners (Seek, agencies, tertiary institutions) Lead and support projects within Talent Acquisition, Careers, and People&Culture Help drive initiatives to recruit for diversity, equity, and inclusion Empower our team to thrive and succeed About You We're after someone who loves people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
