Requirements Make an ImpactAs a Senior Product Designer at Serko, this is your opportunity to make your mark in a fast-growing company. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, innovative, and well-crafted product experiences informed by research that solve real problems for our growing user base. What you will be doing Collaborating with product managers, analysts, software engineers, and other designers.Prototyping concepts for new features and improvements. Facilitating and observing user research and testing of prototypes, including customer interviews and field research. Participating in or facilitating workshops during discovery and delivery phases. Gathering market, user needs, and behavior data through desk and field research.Designing interactions and workflows using Zeno's Design System. Collaborating with design and front-end engineers to extend the Design System and component library as needed. What you will bring Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer in software, demonstrating impact through your work. A portfolio showcasing strong foundational design skills (typography, color, layout, interactions).Experience with quantitative and qualitative research techniques, familiar with tools like canvases, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Experience with building and maintaining a Design System, proficient in Figma with Libraries. Understanding of atomic principles, web development, and agile methodologies.Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills (both written and verbal) with stakeholders.
