This role is essential in managing and growing our relationships with roofers and builders, particularly in the Asian market. Your bilingual skills will be crucial. Key Responsibilities Customer Service&Order Management: Follow up on orders, deal with roofers, and key in orders accurately. Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. ERP: Use Salesforce to track all orders and enquiries Market Focus: Concentrate on the residential market, leveraging existing relationships in the Asian building sector.Sales&Pricing: Close deals and handle pricing, guided by the Sales Manager Trade Shows: Occasionally attend trade events on weekends. What We’re Looking For Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Background in the building supplier industry, with existing relationships in the Asian market. Roofing experience is not essential but experience within a building industry supplier would be beneficial.Highly organized and able to manage a busy role effectively. Sharp eye for details to ensure accuracy in order management. Our market differentiator is service, so a strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.
