You’ll work closely with clients on matters including: General employment and workplace relations advice Interpretation and application of employment agreements and policiesDrafting workplace documents, contracts and advisory notes Advising on performance management and disciplinary processes Navigating complaints, disputes and conflict in the workplace Supporting restructures, exits and redundancy processes Managing engagement with external counsel where needed Providing legal guidance during workplace investigationsWhat We’re Looking For We want good humans — technically strong, commercially minded lawyers who genuinely care about their work and their clients. If you’re someone who takes ownership, sees the bigger picture, and thrives on making an impact — you’ll fit right in. You’ll also bring:2-4 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law Experience in private practice, in-house, or a blend of both Strong communication and drafting skills Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders A practical, down-to-earth approach to problem solving Great time management anda calm, can-do attitudeWhat’s in it for You?
