Your role Key responsibilities include: Acting for a wide range of high-profile clients, including government entities, infrastructure owners, lenders, developers, and contractors. Working on large infrastructure projects across sectors like renewable energy, health, airports, ports, primary industry, tourism, and commercial.Handling project finance transactions for both lenders and project vehicles. Covering transactional and advisory matters, including procurement strategy, project finance, tendering, contract drafting and negotiation, contract administration, and dispute resolution. Collaborating within a supportive team that actively trains law clerks and lawyers.About you The ideal candidate will have: Strong marks in their law degree. Commercial astuteness. A client-focused approach. Team player and leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
