We’re seeking a CA/CPA qualified Senior Financial Accountant with 4–5 years of experience—someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and readiness to own core financial processes in a complex, global environment.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting across Orion Health’s global operations, leading month-end processes, improving reporting and compliance, and providing insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities Drive month-end close activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare audit-ready financial statements for multiple entities. Support external audits and internal reporting with well-documented financial information. Manage compliance obligations across jurisdictions, including business surveys and R&D incentives. Improve financial processes for better accuracy, efficiency, and control. Identify reporting risks and contribute to control improvements. Support strategic projects to enhance transparency and financial capability. Qualifications and Skills 4–5 years experience in financial accounting, preferably in a global or tech-driven business.Deep understanding of IFRS and core accounting processes. Experience leading month-end reporting cycles. Ability to manage complex reporting and compliance tasks. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Proficiency with ERPs (NetSuite is a bonus); Power BI is advantageous.Professional accounting designation: CA, CPA, or equivalent.
