About The Role As the Country Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Brand and its dealer network. Your responsibilities include strategy development and operational execution aligned with the brand's overall strategies, with a specific focus on New Zealand. Key areas include developing sales and network business plans, coordinating resources within NZ, and leveraging resources from the Australian HQ to implement plans and achieve targets.Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership and Strategy Establish annual Sales and Network Business plans. Focus on volume and market share growth. Plan and execute regional sales development. Create new channel and partnership opportunities. Forecast monthly targets and strategize to meet sales requirements.Dealer Network Development Plan for current and future dealership openings. Establish a network philosophy regarding ownership distribution and control. Ensure brand standards are maintained across the network. Review performance, and facilitate training and development to enhance network capabilities.Customer Experience&Brand Representation Enhance retail and service experiences for customers across all dealerships. Ensure customer experience standards are met through training and development. Implement best practices in customer relationship management. Team Leadership&Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business success. Lead by example to develop a high-performing team. Foster collaboration and engagement across departments. Qualifications And Experience Experience as a Senior Manager or higher within Automotive Sales or Network oversight.Strong understanding of the automotive industries in Australia and New Zealand. Proven success in driving sales growth and expanding dealer networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence.
