The role involves maintaining buildings and facilities, undertaking repairs, overseeing access and security, and supporting Wānanga events. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot maintenance issues, perform repairs, and possess knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to coordinate with contractors.Applicants with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: Relevant advanced experience in commercial and residential building maintenance and repairs to industry standards. Experience in painting and paint repair to industry standards. Project management experience; PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred.Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and commercial HVAC systems. A current, unrestricted private motor vehicle license. This role requires physical fitness, including the ability to work at heights.
