If you can problem-solve buildings and facilities maintenance issues, can undertake building and maintenance repairs, and you also have some knowledge of electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC systems in order to engage contractor support…you may be the person we are looking for…Applicants who have the following are encouraged to apply:· Relevant advanced commercial and residential building maintenance and repair work experience to industry standards. · Relevant advanced painting and paint repair work experience to industry standards. · Project management experience – PMP or Prince 2 Certification preferred.· Some knowledge and experience of basic plumbing systems and components, building electrical systems and wiring, and/or a basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems. · A current, unrestricted private motor vehicle licence. There are physical fitness requirements for this role which are detailed in the job description. A must is the ability to work at heights.Being well-organised, flexible, practical, able to use a computer, are skills needed to be successful in this role.
